Interesting Things about the Slow Cooker

Slow cookers are amazing cookware. They have the ability to reduce something as tough as tendons to chewy goodness in a matter of hours without reducing the braising liquid like an oven or a dutch oven. Man...that's gotta to win an award of something right? Anyway..have experimented with it while making my own version of roast pork. You know what? You just have to respect those roast pork makers. They really have the patience to watch the pork crackling really crackle. For me, I am still in the experimental stage of making the perfect roast pork. So good luck to me..
